Description
Buy the Japanese OP-12 Booster Box from Obsidia TCG and open 師弟の絆, a title that translates as Bonds of Master and Disciple. Bandai launched this twelfth main booster in Japan on 31 May 2025, and the same set number reached English shelves as Legacy of the Master.
What’s in the Japanese OP-12 Booster Box
- 24 factory-sealed OP-12 packs
- 6 Japanese cards in every pack (144 per box)
- 127 card types plus a DON!! card
- 6 Leader cards, 10 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, 6 Special cards and 2 3rd Anniversary Special cards
A Set Built on Bonds
The official OP-12 page describes a booster themed on strong bonds between characters. Silvers Rayleigh, the “Dark King”, joins with a deck built around Haki, and further new Leader cards widen the range of strategies on offer. The set also strengthens existing decks. As with any booster, contents are random and no single card is promised.
Why Choose the Japanese Edition?
Six-card packs make the Japanese box a compact way to work through the set, and the Japanese text appeals to collectors who build language-matched binders. Japanese boxes also tend to be popular as display pieces. If you play in official English-language events, use English cards there and keep these for collecting or casual games.
Opening Tips
Have sleeves ready for Leader cards and the anniversary specials before you start. Sorting pulls by colour as you go speeds up deck building, and a simple checklist of the 127 card types shows at a glance which cards your binder still needs.
