About Pokémon Special Location Boxes
What Are Pokémon Special Location Boxes?
Japan’s regional Pokémon Center stores have released special boxes themed around their home city or region. Each box has its own regional design and an exclusive promo card, and they were sold only in Japan, so they’re far less common elsewhere.
We currently stock the Fukuoka, Hiroshima and Tohoku special boxes.
Why Collectors Love Them
Location boxes are some of the most distinctive sealed products in Pokémon. The regional designs make them stand out on a shelf, especially displayed side by side. Keep them sealed and stored flat, away from sunlight, to protect the box art.
