Description
Buy the Japanese EB-01 Booster Box from Obsidia TCG and open Memorial Collection, the very first extra booster for the One Piece Card Game. Sold in Japan as エクストラブースター メモリアルコレクション, it released on 27 January 2024.
What’s in the Japanese EB-01 Booster Box
- 24 sealed Japanese EB-01 Memorial Collection booster packs
- 6 cards in every pack
- 61 card types: 3 Leaders, 28 Commons, 21 Rares, 8 Super Rares and 1 Secret Rare
The card list and pack size are confirmed on the official Japanese EB-01 page. Cards are randomly packed, so no particular card is guaranteed.
What Is an Extra Booster?
Extra boosters are smaller sets that sit between the main OP releases. EB-01 has 61 card types rather than the larger lists of main sets, and Bandai designed it to give decks from earlier releases new strategies. It also adds three new multicolour Leaders, which is a big part of its appeal for players looking for a fresh way to combine colours.
Why Buy the Japanese EB-01 Booster Box?
Japanese One Piece sets arrive before their English counterparts, so many collectors start with the Japanese printing. With only one Secret Rare in the list, EB-01 is a compact set to work through, and a full box gives deck builders plenty of copies of the commons. If you are new to the game, our One Piece TCG beginner’s guide explains Leaders, DON!! cards and how a deck comes together, and it also covers how Japanese releases differ from English ones.
