Description
Buy the Chinese Primordial Arts CS3b Jumbo Box from Obsidia TCG and open the Blastoise side of a Simplified Chinese Sword & Shield set. Primordial Arts (洪荒演武) launched in mainland China on 17 November 2023 as the third Sword & Shield booster series, split into a Venusaur half (CS3a) and this Blastoise half (CS3b).
What’s in the Chinese Primordial Arts CS3b Jumbo Box
- 6 sealed jumbo booster packs from Primordial Arts 激 (CS3b)
- 25 cards per pack, 150 cards in total
- 5 foil cards in every pack
- Simplified Chinese-language cards
Pokémon China’s Primordial Arts announcement confirms the 25-card pack and its five foils, and notes that jumbo boxes hold six packs. Cards are randomly inserted, so no single card is guaranteed.
Rapid Strike Cards and Blastoise VMAX
The CS3b half is the Blastoise VMAX version, and its packs may contain Rapid Strike cards. Pokémon China highlights Rapid Strike Urshifu V and VMAX, Rapid Strike Energy (which counts as two Energy) and an Octillery whose Ability searches out other Rapid Strike cards. That mix suits players who enjoy fast Water and Fighting decks as well as collectors chasing the Blastoise artwork.
Jumbo or Slim?
Jumbo packs give you 25 cards at a time, which makes the Chinese Primordial Arts CS3b Jumbo Box a quick way to build a binder from this half of the set. If you prefer opening smaller packs, we also list a CS3b slim box with 5-card packs, plus the Venusaur CS3a slim box. Simplified Chinese cards are printed for the mainland China market, so they add something genuinely different to an English or Japanese collection.
