Description
Buy the Chinese 151 Charmander Display Set from Obsidia TCG for a fiery start to a Simplified Chinese 151 collection. Released in mainland China on 22 August 2025, it is officially named 收集啦151 最初的伙伴展示套装 小火龙 and is one of three First Partner display sets, alongside Bulbasaur and Squirtle.
What’s in the Chinese 151 Charmander Display Set
- 1 newly illustrated Charmander foil card (Poké Ball pattern, with a rare Master Ball pattern version)
- 1 red paper card display frame
- 3 Collect 151 booster packs of 5 cards: one each of Journey (旅), Hope (望) and Scare (惊)
Pokémon China lists these contents on its Collect 151 First Partner display set page.
Poké Ball or Master Ball?
Each set holds one Charmander foil. Most are printed with a Poké Ball pattern, but a small number swap it for a Master Ball pattern card, and both versions use new artwork. You won’t know which one you have until you open the box, which adds a little surprise to an otherwise fixed set. Whichever you get, the red frame is made to show it off.
About Collect 151
Collect 151 (收集啦151) is the Simplified Chinese take on the original Kanto Pokédex. It arrived in four waves during 2025: Journey in January, Hope in April, Scare in July and Gather in October, according to Bulbapedia’s Collection 151 page. This set gives you a pack from each of the first three waves, a simple way to compare their covers, artwork and card mix without buying three boxes.

Is the Master Ball card guaranteed?
No, it’s a rare random replacement for the Poké Ball pattern card.
