Set Highlights
Phantom Forces is remembered for Mega Gengar-EX and Mega Manectric-EX, along with Aegislash-EX and Dialga-EX. It also introduced Pokémon Tool F cards, a type of Tool attached to your opponent’s Pokémon rather than your own. Serebii’s Phantom Forces set list shows every card if you’re checking what’s left for your binder.
Who It’s For
An XY Phantom Forces Booster Pack is a good pick for collectors filling gaps in an XY-era collection, fans of Gengar and other Ghost-type Pokémon, and anyone who enjoys opening packs from earlier sets. Older XY packs turn up less often than current releases, so a single pack also makes a neat gift for someone who started collecting in the mid-2010s.
If you open it, sleeve any EX or holo card straight away, as XY-era foils mark easily. If you’d rather keep it sealed, store the pack flat and away from heat and light.
