A Unova Celebration
Black Bolt and White Flare focus on Generation V and the Pokémon first found in the Unova region. Black Bolt is led by Zekrom, and across the two sets the new Black White Rare (BWR) rarity is reserved for Zekrom ex and Reshiram ex. If you want the Reshiram ex card too, you’ll need the White Flare box as well.
