The Four Emperors Set
OP-09 centres on Luffy, Shanks, Buggy and Marshall D. Teach, and the official OP-09 card list shows Leaders including Shanks, Lim and Buggy. The set also brings Gol D. Roger into the card game. The English OP-09 product page also mentions characters from ONE PIECE ODYSSEY. Pack contents are random, so no particular card is guaranteed.
Opening Tips
The Emperors make natural deck centrepieces, so choose your favourite before you open and set aside its support cards as they appear. Sleeve Special cards and Secret Rares as soon as they leave the pack.
Japanese or English?
The Japanese edition arrived more than three months before Emperors in the New World, with six-card packs and all text in Japanese.
