Made for Players
Where many collector boxes focus on binders and frames, this one is built for play. The playmat, sleeves, die and deck box cover the basics for a match, and the storage box holds spare cards between sessions. The box isn’t a playable deck by itself, so add your own 60-card deck, then keep the Charizard VMAX sleeved for display. Charizard VMAX is the Gigantamax form of Charizard from the Sword & Shield era, and its special finish makes it the centrepiece of the box.
Battle or Collection?
Pokémon China released a second Charizard VMAX box on the same day: the Collection Set Gift Box, with a special illustration Charizard VMAX, a collector’s album, a display frame and three 25-card packs. Choose the Battle box for accessories or the Collection box for display. Both include 25-card packs of Vivid Portrayals (浓墨重彩), the second Simplified Chinese Sword & Shield expansion, so you get something to open either way.
