Description
Buy the Chinese Brave Stars Typhlosion Jumbo Box from Obsidia TCG and open jumbo packs from Brave Stars (勇魅群星), the fifth Simplified Chinese Sword & Shield booster series. It went on sale in mainland China on 18 June 2024 in two versions, and this listing is the Typhlosion edition.
What’s in the Chinese Brave Stars Typhlosion Jumbo Box
- 6 sealed Brave Stars jumbo packs
- 25 cards per pack, 150 cards in total
- 5 foil cards in every pack
- Simplified Chinese-language cards
Pokémon China’s Brave Stars announcement confirms the 25-card pack and its five foils. It also notes that a six-pack box doesn’t guarantee an SR or rarer card, and that such cards can appear more than once.
Brave Stars Highlights
Hisuian Typhlosion VSTAR is one of the set’s featured cards, alongside Arceus VSTAR, Origin Forme Dialga VSTAR and Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR, all favourites from the Hisui region. Lucario V and support Pokémon such as Manaphy and Magnezone round out the highlights, so there’s plenty here for players building decks and for collectors who love big VSTAR artwork. Opening six 25-card packs takes a while, so it’s a great box for a relaxed evening or a shared opening with friends.
Two Versions of Brave Stars
Brave Stars was released as 勇魅群星 魅 and 勇魅群星 勇, both sold in 5-card and 25-card formats. The Chinese Brave Stars Typhlosion Jumbo Box is the Typhlosion version in jumbo packs. If you’re collecting the whole set, look for the other version in our Chinese range too. Because cards are randomly inserted, each version’s packs can still surprise you, so opening both is the surest way to see the full line-up.
