- 5 cards per pack, including 1 foil card
- Simplified Chinese cards
About the Brave Subset
Brave Stars is split into two subsets. CS5b, called Brave (勇), covers Grass, Water, Fighting and Metal Pokémon, while CS5a, Charm (魅), is led by Hisuian Typhlosion. Bulbapedia’s Gallant Galaxy page notes that every 5-card pack holds a Reverse Holofoil or a card of Rare or higher, and that Simplified Chinese holos carry an embossed English Pokémon logo as a mark of authenticity.
Why Choose the Slim Box
The slim format is all about the opening: many small packs, each with its own foil. It suits streams, shared openings or anyone who enjoys the build-up of pack after pack. Lucario VSTAR, which arrived with the set’s new VSTAR Power mechanic, is the headline card for Lucario fans. If you’d rather open bigger packs, our Lucario jumbo box holds six 25-card packs with five foils each.
Collecting Tips
Simplified Chinese sets print Reverse Holofoil versions of their common, uncommon and rare cards, so a slim box gives you plenty of variants to sort. Sleeve each pack’s foil as you go and keep a checklist handy if you plan to complete the Brave subset.
