Booster Fun Highlights
Bloomburrow Play Boosters can contain showcase Woodland frame cards with a fairy-tale look, borderless Field Notes cards drawn like journal sketches of the Calamity Beasts, and borderless cards in a classic Magic art style, such as Ral, Crackling Wit. Every pack’s basic land shows one of the four seasons, and some come in traditional foil. Contents are random, so no particular card is guaranteed.
Drafting and Playing
Play Boosters are made for both opening and Limited play: three packs per player run a booster draft, and six make a sealed pool. Bloomburrow’s animal tribes give each colour pair a clear plan, such as the mice’s aggressive attacks or the frogs’ bouncing tricks, which makes it a friendly set for new drafters. Single packs also make a small gift for a Magic fan or a way to sample the set’s art before committing to more. Our Magic: The Gathering guide walks through the basics if you’re just starting out, and our Magic guides cover other sets.
