Mystical Archive and the Five Colleges
Every Play Booster includes a Mystical Archive card, so a full box gives you a good run at the 65-card archive. The full-art spellcraft lands each spotlight one college: Silverquill on the Plains, Prismari on the Island, Witherbloom on the Swamp, Lorehold on the Mountain and Quandrix on the Forest. Special Guests cards can also replace a common. Contents are random and no specific card is guaranteed.
Box, Bundle or Codex Bundle?
The Play Booster box is the choice for drafting: 30 packs run an eight-player draft with packs left over. The Bundle adds lands, a promo and a storage box to nine packs, and the Codex Bundle mixes Play and Collector Boosters. See our Magic: The Gathering guide if you’re new to drafting.
