- 2 Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Boosters
- 20 traditional foil basic lands
- 2 traditional foil Codex Bundle promo cards
- 2 reference cards
- 1 oversized Spindown life counter
- 1 card-storage box
Each Codex Bundle holds two of six possible promo cards: Sol Ring and five Talismans. The contents are confirmed in Wizards of the Coast’s Collecting Secrets of Strixhaven article.
Codex Bundle or Standard Bundle?
The standard Bundle has nine Play Boosters, a foil Wisdom of Ages promo, 30 basic lands and a regular Spindown die. The Codex Bundle trades three of those Play Boosters for two Collector Boosters, which are packed with foils, Mystical Archive cards and Booster Fun treatments, and it adds a second promo and an oversized Spindown. If you enjoy chasing premium card styles but still want packs to play with, the Secrets of Strixhaven Codex Bundle is the stronger pick. It also makes a smart gift for a Magic player.
Inside the Packs
Every Play Booster contains a Mystical Archive card, while Collector Boosters include at least three, alongside a traditional foil full-art spellcraft land that celebrates one of the five colleges. Pack contents are random, so no particular card is guaranteed.
