Why Exciting Macaron Matters
As the first Labubu key-ring line, Exciting Macaron made Labubu something fans could carry on a bag or keys, and the format continued with later series such as Big into Energy. Pop Mart still lists the Exciting Macaron Vinyl Face Blind Box on its UK site, so the series remains part of Pop Mart’s current range for collectors.
Display and Care
Keep the display case sealed if you’re collecting for the shelf, or open the boxes one at a time for a run of surprises. Store unopened boxes somewhere dry and away from direct sunlight, and keep each Labubu with its original box, as many collectors prefer complete pieces. A small shelf riser helps show off several opened pieces at once.
Who It’s For
This display case suits long-time Labubu fans filling gaps from the early key-ring days, newer collectors who want a piece of the series that started the format, and anyone buying several gifts at once. Open the boxes together for a shared reveal, or keep the case sealed as a display piece.
