What’s in the Japanese Abyss Eye Booster Box
- 30 sealed Japanese Abyss Eye booster packs
- 5 cards per pack, 150 cards in total
- Packaging options: Shrink (outer film on) or No Shrink
Set facts come from the Bulbapedia Abyss Eye entry. Cards are randomly inserted, so no specific card is guaranteed.
Mega Pokémon in Abyss Eye
Mega Darkrai ex leads a strong group of Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, joined by Mega Zeraora ex, Mega Chandelure ex and Mega Excadrill ex. Each appears as a double rare, and Mega Darkrai ex, Mega Zeraora ex and Mega Chandelure ex also have Super Rare versions. That spread of Mega Pokémon gives collectors several different targets in every box, and it gives players new Mega ex options to try in casual decks.
Abyss Eye and English Pitch Black
Cards from Abyss Eye are included in the English Pitch Black expansion, so the Japanese Abyss Eye Booster Box is a way to collect those cards in their original Japanese printing. Our Pitch Black card list shows what the English set contains. Japanese cards can’t be used in English-language tournaments, which is why they mostly end up in binders and display cases.
Some Japanese shops, Pokémon Center stores among them, remove shrink wrap at the till to deter resale, so we offer this box with or without its outer film.
