Description
Buy the First Partner Series 2 Illustration Collection from Obsidia TCG for the second wave of 30th anniversary first partner promos. Series 2 released on 19 June 2026 and focuses on the first partners of Johto, Unova and Galar.
What’s in the First Partner Series 2 Collection
- 1 special booster pack with 3 of 9 illustration rare-style promo cards
- 1 Mega Evolution—Perfect Order booster pack
- 1 Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising booster pack
- 1 sticker sheet featuring Johto, Unova and Galar first partners
Bulbapedia’s merchandise listing gives Perfect Order and Chaos Rising as the typical extra packs, which matches our stock.
The Nine Series 2 Promos
The promo pool is Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Grookey, Scorbunny and Sobble. Each box gives three at random, so collectors chasing all nine usually open a few. If you enjoyed the Kanto, Sinnoh and Alola cards in Series 1, these follow the same illustration rare style. Our First Partner Illustration Collection guide covers every series, and our Perfect Order card list shows what the extra pack could hold.
Who It’s For
This collection is a thoughtful gift for fans who began with Pokémon Gold and Silver, Black and White or Sword and Shield, and the two extra packs add a little more to open. The sticker sheet is a nice bonus for younger collectors.
Series 1 or Series 2?
Pick Series 2 if your favourite starter comes from Johto, Unova or Galar, or Series 1 for Kanto, Sinnoh and Alola. Both share the same format of one promo pack, two booster packs and stickers, so collectors building a complete first partner binder often buy both, along with Series 3.
