Who It’s For
Chikorita and Totodile are Johto first partners and Tepig comes from Unova, so this box suits fans of those generations as well as anyone who collects Pokémon pins. Five packs sit neatly between a small collection and an Elite Trainer Box, and the pin and promos make it a thoughtful gift that’s more than just cards.
About Ascended Heroes
Ascended Heroes is the Mega Evolution series special set that launched on 30 January 2026. Its packs mix Mega Evolution Pokémon ex with Trainer’s Pokémon such as Erika’s Tangela and Larry’s Komala, and Bulbapedia’s Ascended Heroes page lists every card, including the three first partners in this box. Pack contents are random, so no specific pull is guaranteed.
Pair It with Other First Partner Products
The three promos match the Mega Meganium ex, Mega Emboar ex and Mega Feraligatr ex boxes from the same set, which feature the final evolutions of these first partners. If you’re collecting first partner cards for Pokémon’s 30th anniversary, our First Partner Illustration Collection guide covers the separate illustration series too.
