Phantasmal Flames Highlights
The set has 130 cards. Mega Charizard X ex is the headline Pokémon, with Mega Gengar ex, Mega Heracross ex, Mega Diancie ex and Mega Sharpedo ex also included. Mega Evolution Pokémon ex have more HP and attack damage than regular Pokémon ex, but they give up three Prize cards when Knocked Out. Read the official Phantasmal Flames announcement or see Bulbapedia’s Phantasmal Flames page for the full card list.
Bundle or Blister?
Six packs give you a proper opening session without buying a whole box. They’re also good for players hoping to add a few extra Pokémon and Trainer cards to a Mega Charizard X ex or Mega Gengar ex deck, or for two people sharing a set, three packs each. If you’d also like a promo, the Phantasmal Flames 3-Pack Blister includes a Sneasel or Weavile card. Our Mega Charizard X ex guide explains the set’s headline card in more detail.
