Description
Buy the Dueling Heroes Tin from Obsidia TCG and open the tin that started Yu-Gi-Oh!’s 25th anniversary tin run. Officially called 25th Anniversary Tin: Dueling Heroes, it released in Europe on 7 September 2023, and its sides show 16 monsters used by the series’ Dueling heroes.
What’s in the Dueling Heroes Tin
- 1 collectible 25th Anniversary metal tin
- 3 Mega-Packs with 18 cards each
- Each Mega-Pack: 2 Prismatic Secret Rares, 2 Ultra Rares, 1 Super Rare, 1 Rare and 12 Commons
- 1 bonus Quarter Century Secret Rare of one of the 16 monsters on the tin
- 55 cards in total
Why Collectors Like This Tin
The official Dueling Heroes page says this tin doubles the usual number of Prismatic Secret Rares in each Mega-Pack, giving you six per tin, and Konami described Prismatic Secret Rares as a rarity found only in tins. The Mega-Pack pool has almost 300 cards reprinted from sets such as Battle of Chaos, Dimension Force, Darkwing Blast, Tactical Masters and The Grand Creators. Those were among the main boosters of 2022, so the tin suits players looking for Deck upgrades as well as collectors.
Dueling Heroes Tin or Dueling Mirrors Tin?
The 2023 Dueling Heroes Tin gives you more cards (55) and more Prismatic Secret Rares, with one bonus Quarter Century Secret Rare. The 2024 Dueling Mirrors Tin has smaller packs but a Quarter Century Secret Rare in each one. Pick the one whose card pool suits your Decks; both make a tidy gift and store a Deck once the packs are opened. Cards are random, so no particular card is guaranteed.
