What’s in the Chinese Gengar Display Gift Box CDU
- 1 sealed counter display unit (CDU) of display gift boxes
- 1 random special illustration foil card per box, from 13 designs including a hidden Braixen
- 1 Pokémon-themed silicone display frame per box
- 1 card sleeve and 1 clear card film per box
- 1 Simplified Chinese 25-card Marine Shadow (碧海暗影) booster pack per box
You can check these contents on the official Pokémon China announcement. Each pack comes from either the Roar (啸) or Banish (逐) half of Marine Shadow.
Gengar and the Third-Wave Line-up
The 13 cards are Parasect, Roserade, Chandelure, Milotic, Gengar, Jynx, Gardevoir, Hisuian Arcanine, Mightyena, Snorlax, Smeargle, Altaria and the hidden Braixen, as shown on Bulbapedia’s third-wave page. The Braixen frame has a Master Ball design on its keyring hole, while the others use a Poké Ball. Because cards are random, a box won’t always hold Gengar. Ghost-type fans and anyone building a full run of all three waves will find a sealed CDU the simplest way to collect them, and the boxes are small enough to hand out as gifts.
