A Mystery Set
The story heads down into the Inkwell Caverns, where a new kind of glimmer called Whispers roams: half-formed figures summoned from torn or damaged Lorebook pages. Gargoyles makes its Lorcana debut with Goliath, Demona, Elisa Maza, Brooklyn and Bronx, and Sleepy Hollow brings the Headless Horseman, Ichabod Crane, Katrina Van Tassel and Brom Bones. Detectives and ghost hunters such as Judy Hopps and Minnie Mouse fit the investigative theme. The official Whispers in the Well page previews more of the set.
Who It’s For
Whispers in the Well is legal in Core Constructed under the current rotation, so it’s a sensible box for players building competitive decks today. Collectors chasing the Gargoyles cast will also find a full display the most efficient way to start, and 24 packs stretch nicely to a casual sealed evening with friends.
